RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

WE HAVE AN EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

As a courtesy, we will gladly accept unworn items for exchange with-in 7 days.

Customers wishing to exchange must email a request to: shopsunset13@gmail.com

Please email with-in 7 days of receipt of goods for an approved Return Authorization.

All items subject to exchange must be in original condition in original packaging.

All exchanged items will be inspected and not accepted for exchange if any wear is detected.

Restocking fee: A 4% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Shipping: If free shipping was applied to your order, in the case of return, our flat rate shipping cost of $15 and 4% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
